Change IP Address to New everywhere

I have to change my server IP Address for some reason. All files and zesle are same. How can I change IP address in zesle everywhere?

In server -> server-settings, I changed it but when I try to create subdomain, it still appears old ip to select.

How can I change everywhere the new IP?
